 Park Industries Fusion 6200

Click photo to enlarge
The Fusion 6200, manufactured by Park Industries Inc, is a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine designed to produce counter-top blanks for the counter top-industry. One sawing head does double duty, the saw makes fast, straight cuts and the waterjet cuts the complex curves with precision. Because of this unique design technology, the Fusion enables the user to fabricate material in a significantly less time, with fewer mistakes than other CNC machines of this class. Dual cutting tables allows for Fusion to run virtually uninterrupted during every work day.
 Park Industries Pathfinder
Click photo to enlarge Using powerful Synergy Photo software, we can capture precise, fully-calibrated and perspective-corrected images of slabs in high resolution. With the photos of our slabs we can overlay DXF files from your electronic templating systems to create complete rendered images of our customer’s countertop. We can rotate and nest parts to match movements in the stone or to utilize efficient common line cutting practices. We can then send our customers an email for confirmation of the layout showing what their actual slab selection will look like before we commit to cut – saving time, reducing material waste and improving customer communications!

 Omax
Click photo to enlarge The Omax, built by The Omax Corporation, was designed for large scale precision machining of larger parts or multiple parts from stock 6’8” x 13’4”. Because there are no tool changes or complex fixturing, we reduce setup times. In addition, the smooth finish often eliminates the need for secondary machining. With the additional Tilt-A-Jet attachment, we can virtually produce zero taper with most materials.
 Flow
Click photo to enlarge The Flow, manufactured by Flow International Corporation, is a 3 axis computer numerically controlled (CNC) waterjet operating at 60,000 psi. Its high pressure allows for faster waterjet cutting of intricate parts.
 Intermac Masterstone 4000 CNC
Click photo to enlarge Intermac’s Masterstone 4000 is a 3 axis computer numerically controlled (CNC) mill with a 28 tool magazine. Its large work table allows for multiple parts to be set up so you can process more pieces with unattended cycle times. The Masterstone 4000 with our large tool library allows for an infinite amount of edge details.
 Park Industries Fastback
Click photo to enlarge The Fastback, manufactured by Park Industries Inc, is an automated edge polisher with 9 oscillating spindles. This machine is able to polish splashes and counter blanks in a variety of sizes in a single pass. A unique assembly line approach allows for faster more uniform results.
 Park Industries Pro Edge II
Click photo to enlarge The Pro-Edge by Park Industries combines superior performance and productivity with state-of-the-art computerized controls to produce more finished linear feet of material per hour than manual methods. The Pro-Edge polishes a variety of convex edges, flat edges, concave edges, Ogee edges, and more with precision and ease.
 Park Industries Jaguar
Click photo to enlarge The Jaguar from Park Industries combines precision cutting and programmable automation with Park’s legendary durability for reliable performance and superior productivity – every time. Consistently create finished dimensional stone in less time with more accurate cuts. The 40-inch saw cuts standard full slabs of granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, bluestone and more up to 15 inches thick.
 Sawing Systems 10P Polisher
Click photo to enlarge The Sawing Systems 10P is a floor-mounted polisher with a radial arm designed for grinding, antiquing, honing, and polishing of stone. Thanks to a large tilting table, loading and unloading the work surface becomes a breeze. Customers can pick any slab regardless of its current finish and we can customize it to their taste.
 Prodim Proliner’s (Digital Templating System)
Click photo to enlarge With the revolutionary Proliner 3D measuring device the job is accomplished faster and more accurately than any other method available. Measuring is reduced to seconds and inaccuracies are eliminated. The Proliner produces digital templates in a machine that can be setup at any location combining the measuring and drawing into one compact unit. Digital templates are simply downloaded to our workstations customized and immediately programmed for our CNC equipment.
 Jib Cranes and Pneumatic Lifters
Click photo to enlarge D&J is equipped with 7 -2000 lb hoists along with state of the art Anver air lifters, providing quick, efficient, and -above all- safe handling of stone for our shop personnel.
 Titan
Click photo to enlarge The TITAN™ With the unitized mono-block base and massive table of the TITAN™ 1800, easier access for maximum part placement can be achieved in one set up. The work table also allows for multiple parts to be set up so you can process many parts (even an entire kitchen) with unattended cycle time.

With an industry-leading 52 pockets of tools in two magazines, the capacity of the TITAN™ tool changer allows for six different profiles plus eight other tools to be stored in the machine ready for action. And, because more tools can be utilized at one time, the operator spends less time loading new shapes into the tool rack.

The TITAN can move at up to 2,360 inches per minute, or more. The 24 hp variable speed spindle drive system runs up to 10,000 rpm. An optional 3 hp saw blade drive with its own precision slide system for complete, programmable 360-degree continuous rotation. You simply can’t cut curves and bowl holes faster or more efficiently.

Park’s Hyperdrive™ Precision Ground Helical Rack & Pinion Drives maximizes tool life and improves cut quality (accurate to .0004 inches in 13 feet of travel). The fast acceleration and deceleration makes for quick tool changes. Plus, the smooth, quiet operation and easy maintenance makes the TITAN™ even easier on the operator.

Park’s exclusive ITM™ (Integrated Tool Management) allows you to automatically measure, monitor and compensate your tools. The optional ITM™ provides you with industry setting CNC polish while extending the tool life. Customers report that their tools are lasting in excess of 20% longer and maintaining their shape much better as well.
