State of the art technology
Our fabrication facility housed in a 50,661 Sq Ft warehouse, includes some of the most technologically advanced equipment made for the stone industry. Overhead JIB cranes equipped with Anver vacuum lifters provide safe and easy handling of material throughout the facility. Each piece of equipment is operated by a specially trained fabricator, resulting in a superior finished product.
Expert craftsmen
Our highly trained support staff runs our fabrication facility. They are responsible for the onsite templating, material layout, design and programming. They also oversee actual fabrication of material. Using the latest digital templating methods, Prodim's Proliner, we quickly create accurate templates of kitchens, fire places, vanities, showers, floors, and any other stone feature included in your design.
Designers create drawings
D&J’s team of designers uses the latest softwares (AutoCAD, REVIT & Solidwords) to create shop drawings from the digital templates in 2D and 3D. This allows us to show clients photo realistic rendering of their project prior to fabrication. With the addition of Park Industries pathfinder station and software, we can overlay a photograph of the customer’s slab onto their kitchen drawing. This enables us to book-match, avoid any naturally occurring imperfections, and to align veins and other beauty marks within the slab.
Finishing touches
Upon approval of material and layout, our operators begin the fabrication process. Once the material is cut and machine polished, the pieces are transferred to our skilled craftsmen to add final details and finishes.
