CUSTOMIZED STONE AND TILE
Hydro Finish Collection
Hydro finish is an innovative technology used to process the surface of different materials with high-pressure water jets (36,000 psi). A rotating multi-nozzle body allows us to finish the surface of virtually any material by means of accelerated erosion.

Intended primarily for decorative and slip resistant purposes, Hydro allows the preservation of the materials original color with the ability to adjust the level of coarseness suitable for the desired application. From uniform Hydro surfaces to an infinite selection of patterns, custom artwork, and logos, any job can be made uniquely yours.
1
Completely Customizable
Thanks to the precision of CNC waterjet, Hydro Finish enables us to carve any pattern from our vast catalog of textures, to custom artwork, and logos.
2
One of a kind
The aesthetic effects Hydro Finish produces on the surface cannot be reproduced with other technologies, making every project uniquely yours.
3
Safe for the Environment
As a nature-friendly procedure, Hydro Finish’s water recycling system does not produce any smoke, heat or polluting liquid waste.
Finishes
Don’t see what you’re looking for in our library, we can custom hydro any Illustrator or dxf file. Our design team will work with you to create a one of a kind custom design for your project.
Infinite possibilities
As styles and architectural trends change over time, D&J Tile remains committed to providing our customers a breadth of custom finishes and services to fully meet their project needs and expectations.
Disclaimer
Every material will react differently to Hydro Finish texturing. Once your material type is selected D&J highly recommends having us run a few samples to establish finish expectations and selection.

THE NEW WAY TO BUILD
Featherlight Panels
D&J’s innovative composite and honeycomb panel assemblies provide lightweight yet extremely durable stone panels which allow us to push the limits of what any other stone product can do. Featherlight Panels represent an inevitable step towards building the future.
1
A Lightweight Solution
Perfect for applications where weight limitations are an issue such as elevator cabs, soffits, yachts, planes and more.
2
Eye-Catching Designs
Stunning backlight applications with gravity- defying designs are part of what Featherlight panels can do.
3
Easy to Install
With drastically decreased install times, a smaller crew can install more, speeding up your project schedule while saving you money.
4
Experienced
Almost 33 years fabricating and installing, tile, stone and ventilated facades.
5
American Made
Our panels are proudly designed and fabricated right here in California.
6
Tested
Every panel type is fully engineered and fire tested for its respective application. ISO 9000 quality control is implemented throughout our facility to guarantee the highest quality possible in panel production.

Featherlight FAH panels have an extremely high flexural strength making them an ideal product for exterior windscreen and interior cladded systems. The honeycomb structure, aside from creating a ridged frame, also allows for multiple mechanical attachment methods.

FAH honeycomb panels are very lightweight, composed of an aluminum honeycomb core, coated externally with two fiberglass skins impregnated with structural epoxy adhesive.

A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the FAH panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.

Featherlight F-series PET panels have an extremely high compressive strength making them an ideal product for high traffic horizontal surfaces. PET is also highly waterproof making it an ideal product for high humidity environments. Ideal applications for F-Series PET panels are walls, floors, countertops, and furniture.

FPET composite panels are extremely light, composed of an expanded sheet of PET foam (terephthalate polyethylene), and made from recycled bottles.

The panel is coated externally by two fiberglass skins impregnated with a structural epoxy adhesive. A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the foam panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.

Featherlight AAH panels have an extremely high flexural strength making them an ideal product for exterior windscreen and interior cladded systems, soffits, and elevator cabs. The honeycomb structure, aside from creating a ridged frame, also allows for multiple mechanical attachment methods.

AAH honeycomb panels are very lightweight, composed of an aluminum honeycomb core, coated externally with aluminum sheets bonded by a structural adhesive.

A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the AAH panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.

Stonelyte FXL panels are highly translucent making them an ideal product for backlight applications such as feature walls and countertops. The structural fiberglass matrix creates a ridged support for our stone veneers allowing for mechanical attachment.

Applications
Our panels are adaptable to numerous applications and finishes such as:
Walls
(interior, exterior)
Floors
Countertops
Naval
Backlit
(walls and countertops)
Testing
Every batch of Featherlight panels are subject to comprehensive testing in a professional laboratory to assure that each batch is of the highest quality and complies with regulatory standards. Test data is available on request.
Featherlight panels are UL fire-rated assemblies that have been ASTM tested for combustion and flame spread. Testing available on request.
