Featherlight FAH panels have an extremely high flexural strength making them an ideal product for exterior windscreen and interior cladded systems. The honeycomb structure, aside from creating a ridged frame, also allows for multiple mechanical attachment methods.
FAH honeycomb panels are very lightweight, composed of an aluminum honeycomb core, coated externally with two fiberglass skins impregnated with structural epoxy adhesive.
A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the FAH panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.
Featherlight F-series PET panels have an extremely high compressive strength making them an ideal product for high traffic horizontal surfaces. PET is also highly waterproof making it an ideal product for high humidity environments. Ideal applications for F-Series PET panels are walls, floors, countertops, and furniture.
FPET composite panels are extremely light, composed of an expanded sheet of PET foam (terephthalate polyethylene), and made from recycled bottles.
The panel is coated externally by two fiberglass skins impregnated with a structural epoxy adhesive. A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the foam panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.
Featherlight AAH panels have an extremely high flexural strength making them an ideal product for exterior windscreen and interior cladded systems, soffits, and elevator cabs. The honeycomb structure, aside from creating a ridged frame, also allows for multiple mechanical attachment methods.
AAH honeycomb panels are very lightweight, composed of an aluminum honeycomb core, coated externally with aluminum sheets bonded by a structural adhesive.
A 3/16” to 1/4“ layer of stone is then vacuum infused onto the surface of the AAH panel creating an incredibly strong and lightweight panel assembly.
Stonelyte FXL panels are highly translucent making them an ideal product for backlight applications such as feature walls and countertops. The structural fiberglass matrix creates a ridged support for our stone veneers allowing for mechanical attachment.
