This dynamic mixed-use project is destined to be a Downtown San Jose centerpiece. Two towers will accommodate 630 residential units, over 15,000 square feet of retail space, and 10,000 square feet of strategically-located office space. The highly amenitized residences will set a new bar for high-rise living in San Jose. The project broke ground in 2017 and is slated for completion in spring of 2022. D&J was contracted to do all tile and stone countertops in the units, amenities, and lobbies of both towers.
